Flat Chain Maille Weaves for Collars
There are as many flat weaves as round weaves. Most flat weaves are descended from ancient armor patterns, but quite a few are recent inventions. This photo shows (from top to bottom) European Four-In-One in silvered copper, Celtic Double Vision in nickel silver, Four-In-One Flowers in blue anodized aluminum, Scale of The Orient in bright aluminum, and another European Four-In-One, this time in blue anodized aluminum. It's interesting how different the weaves look with a simple change of scale.
